The first time I visited w/ Fran, I called just to set up a time, and she stopped what she was doing and talked to me at length right then. She was honest and straightforward, yet friendly and professional. She spoke from both her professional and personal experience, always keeping confidentiality, but letting me know how much she cared and making clear the difference between the mediator role and the attorney role. With the courts either closed or backlogged, a mediator is needed now more than ever. She also offers helps for making sure one's affairs are in order which can bring some peace in these uncertain times.
